3G Drywall is a family-owned and operated company with over 35 years in the commercial drywall industry. Ray Gurley Sr. with his sons Ray Jr. and Matthew started 3G Drywall to pass along their expertise to a new breed of drywallers. They are one of the top commercial drywall companies in Austin, Texas, and the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

THE CHALLENGE
3G Drywall came to us wanting to grow their family-owned drywall business. Looking to bid on higher-quality jobs and expand their territory 3G wanted their marketing to express the company they would be in the future.
THE STRATEGY
When we developed our strategy, we found out the biggest need 3G Drywall had was for experienced and qualified employees. They were leaving money on the table because they didn’t have the manpower. Our team built a comprehensive paid advertising campaign targeting skilled drywall workers. We then set out to build a new website to showcase 3G’s commitment to company culture and employee training.
With several new jobs lined up, the owners of 3G were able to expand their business to another region and use the same tactics to grow their workforce, creating new jobs for skilled laborers across Texas.
