Q: If you could travel one place in the world where would you go?
The next big trip I want to take is to Scotland and England. The goal is to play some Golf at Saint Andrews then finish with a nice Scotch and pint of Guinness.
Q: If you could only bring one item with you on a deserted island, what would it be?
A fishing pole. I have gone fishing with my Dad since I was able to walk. I don’t think I would last long eating only coconuts, so fishing would be a must for survival.
Q: What is your favorite food?
I’m from Texas so of course, I love BBQ, but after attending a cooking class while in Florence, Italy I’m a sucker for freshly made pasta.
